Our chosen company is Australia Post to deliver our items.

Items are sent as registered post. Upon delivery, a signature will be required and therefore we recommend your work or another suitable daytime address to accept your delivery.  PO Box addresses will not be accepted as your destination address.

We aim to process & despatch your order within 2 business days. Delivery will be within 3-7 working days from the date of purchase. On some occasions, delivery may take up to 7 days from external factors.

Please note: Simply Stilettos will not be liable & holds no responsibility should your parcel be left with the customer’s authorisation and the parcel goes missing from the premises.

International:

$AUD 45.00 Delivery Fee for (1 item)
$AUD 65.00 Delivery Fee for (2-3 items)
$AUD 90.00 Delivery Fee for (4 + items)

Simply Stilettos delivers internationally to Asia-pacific, USA, UK and parts of Europe at a rate starting at $AUD 45.00 for 1 item only.  Your postage cost will vary depending on the number of items purchased.  Please refer to the above.  Orders will be sent using Air Mail and will be registered. Please contact Simply Stilettos at customercare@simplystilettos.com.au before ordering to check whether we can deliver to your destination.

Delivery will be within 3-10 working days from the day of your purchase. A signature is required on delivery so we therefore recommend a work address if this is more convenient for you.

Due to some customs procedures, there may be a longer delay with delivery and cannot be held responsible for delays. Please note that for any additional taxes incurred by your country, Simply Stilettos will not be held responsible. Please ensure you check with your local customs procedures regarding taxes.
