Return & Exchange Policy
We care about our customers and want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy & decide to change your mind about the goods you have purchased online, Simply Stilettos will be happy to exchange, credit or refund any unworn merchandise on full priced items. We do not offer a refund on sale items.
NOTE: Any items worn will not be refundable nor any items deemed to be subject to wear & tear will not be accepted as faulty. If you are uncertain about your purchase, please try the shoes on a carpeted surface, as damaged soles and/or heel caps will void your right to return.
Faulty Goods: Simply Stilettos will not accept returns where there is no evidence of defect by the manufacturer, accidental damages or misuse. If the goods are faulty, wrongly described, not as ordered, you can request for a refund, exchange or credit note including the reimbursement of postage costs incurred. Please ensure you notify us of your return via email to customercare@simplystilettos.com.au.

Returns for Exchange or Refund
Simply Stilettos are happy to exchange & accepts returns provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging & returned to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Although we would like to process your return as quickly as possible, please allow a time frame of at least 12 days to process this. We will contact you immediately to let you know we have received your package.
- Exchange Policy: Should you decide to exchange any items, please include a self address postage bag sufficient for the return of your purchase. Customers wishing to exchange must cover all postage costs. We recommend that all returns or exchanges be sent as registered post as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us safely.
- Should stock no longer be available to exchange for colour or size, we will be happy to provide you with a credit note or refund your original method of purchase.
- Credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item on the original receipt.
- Please note shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
In line with the Trade Practices Act, we will provide you with an exchange, credit note or refund if the product you purchase is faulty or different to that shown or described. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase.
Return/Exchange Instructions checklist
1. Return to us the item within 7 days of receiving your purchase, unworn with all original tags attached to item or items. Please include with your return:

3. Complete and sign the Return/Exchange Goods Form (also contained in original package) completed and signed.
4. If you wish to exchange your purchase please include a postage paid, self addressed bag sufficient to return your purchase to you.
