The “simplystilettos.com.au” website (“website”) is operated by Simply Stilettos Pty Ltd ABN 32 135 711 796.
By using this website, you show that you agree to all the terms & conditions mentioned below.  

Simply Stiletto reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at anytime and without notice to you.  So please, we ask that from time to time you continue to read our terms & conditions.  Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer from you to enter into an agreement with us.  If you do not agree to these terms & conditions you must immediately stop using the site.

Privacy & Security Policy

Your privacy is something we take very seriously & is respected by this business. We understand your concerns about how your information is used and we are committed to ensuring the protection of your personal information. Simply Stilettos guarantees not to sell or trade your personal information to any third party organisations or individuals except to external service providers we have engaged to assist us in the provision of services to our customers.

Simply Stilettos is dedicated to keeping your details private and takes every precaution to ensure our site is as secure as possible.  So that you are able to order from simplystilettos.com.au with total confidence, we have created a secure transaction environment. All information including your credit card and personal information is encrypted by 128-bit  Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.  Payments are processed using “EWAY”, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your credit card details.  This means that we do not hold any payment details on record.   

Eligibility to Purchase

The products available on simplystilettos.com.au are only available for sale to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with the Australian law.  Customers must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date details such as their real name, contact numbers, email address and correct transaction details in order for the purchase of products to be validated. If information is found to be false or incorrect, orders will be cancelled immediately.

Pricing Policy

All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices of products and associated charges displayed are current at the time and are subject to change without notice. 

Payment Options

There are a number of ways Simply Stilettos accepts payments.   All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  If for any reason your issuer does not accept your payment, Simply Stilettos will not be held for any non-delivery.  For further details, please refer to the “Payment Options” page on this website. 

Currency Converter

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).  We have included a simple, free and easy-to-use foreign exchange rate calculator link:  XE.com.  Please keep in mind that overseas purchases may incur a bank fee from your bank or financial institution for currency conversions.  Any third party charges are not the responsibility of Simply Stilettos Pty Ltd.

Postage & Delivery

Our chosen company is Australia Post to deliver your goods.  Postage within Australia is $14.95 per delivery & charge starting at $45(AUD) per delivery overseas.  NOTE: Refer to the "Postage & Delivery" page for additional charges for more than one items purchased.  Items are sent as registered post. Upon delivery, a signature will be required and therefore we recommend your work or another suitable daytime address to accept your delivery.  PO Box addresses will not be accepted as your destination address. 

Simply Stilettos will not be held liable & holds no responsibility should your parcel be left with the customer’s authorisation and the parcel goes missing from the premises.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.

Due to some customs procedures, there may be a longer delay with delivery and cannot be held responsible for delays. Please note that for any additional taxes incurred by your country, Simply Stilettos will not be held responsible. Please ensure you check with your local customs procedures regarding taxes.

Australian delivery time:  3-7 working days (excluding public holidays)
International delivery time:  3-10 working days (excluding public holidays)

Orders

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.  Any out of stock items will be noted as such on our site, however if you are in love with any items, please feel free to contact us at customercare@simplystilettos.com.au to enquire as to whether we will be able to re-order.  Believe me, it’s heartbreaking when something you love so much is no longer available.  Let us try to make your day!

Gift Voucher

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and redeemable via our online store only.  Please note gift vouchers cannot be redeemable for cash.  Any lost or stolen gift vouchers is not the responsibility of Simply Stilettos nor replaceable by us.

Size Guide

Different brands and styles can very your shoe size which can cause confusion, so we strongly recommend you follow these steps mentioned in the attachments.  You will find the attachments on the following pages: 

          a) Go to Designers/Designer Shoes, click on Sign-up Now which will lead you to New User Registration.  It’s entirely up to you to enter in your details.
          b) Size Guide page: Print the foot measurement guide, align the pages and place your foot over the top of this guide to measure your foot.
           c) Colours:  Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.

Please note:  this is a guide only and Simply Stilettos will not be held responsible if you have measured your foot incorrectly or input your foot measurements incorrectly when registering your details.
